Three fantastic days in Southland this February have provided a great platform for a record breaking 2012 Southern Field days.

31,500 visitors on site to view over 600 rural exhibitors at the Waimumu site from the 15th-17th of February.

WaterForce supported this great South Island event with a large stand displaying of all of our key product ranges and technologies from Valley Centre Pivot irrigation equipment, Ocmis Hard hose irrigators and WaterForce Booms, through to effluent products like the EcoPump and Mono stirrer solutions.

Several staff were involved over the three days as well as a 'huge' effort by the local branches in the construction/deconstruction of the site. A wide range of questions and enquiries came from the days and showed that this event is growing in interest with clients stopping in not only from Southland district but also North, South and Mid Otago, Canterbury and even further afield - many of whom showed great interest in our effluent, stock water and irrigation offerings.

John Key was in attendance on day three, a popular man constantly being stopped for a quick farming discussion or photos with supporters!
